In the current times, it is important that you take care of your mental health as much as you do of your physical health. After this pandemic, we all have been taking care of physical health much more than we were doing before. But we are ignoring our mental health which we should not. Why ignore your mental health when it is the most important thing that any person should take care of.
When you start taking care of your mental health, you will notice that your physical health is getting better automatically. Isn't that great? So why don't you focus on mental health more and focus on it more than you did before. Try reducing stress and try to stop overthinking. In this generation, we all have a problem of overthinking which is not at all good for our mental health. Thinking is good but overthinking can ruin things and disturb your mental peace which is necessary.
We feed our body with food every day so that it can function properly, so then why not feed our brain with positive thoughts?
When you start thinking positively every day, you will see that you are happier than ever before. And you will be able to make smart and wise decisions in your life. Try reading a self-help book or listening to positivity podcasts every day to start your day with freshness and positivity. Always start your day with a positive thought and you will notice that your day will go very smoothly and well.

So always remember that our mental health is as much important as our phsyical health is. So never ignore it when you feel anxiety, panic attacks, or any breathing problems. Try talking to a friend or get professional help in case of need. But ever ignore it!
